409.1 to use with Fiat ecu scan

I bought a cable Vag 409.1 and wanted to change it in order to use the Fiat Ecu Scan through. I have the ELM327 but can not get access to all modules. I've done a search on the forum but can not find. Somebody give me a hand?

open settings and in elm327 interface choose 9600 speed. then press test button. if ATZ command answer OK, then your interface elm able to work. and check ver. of your elm. if it less than v.1.3 - you have that trouble with no connect.
