Peugeot Planet/Diagbox

Im using diagbox for the first time. I didnt even realise it was peugeot planet and citroen lexia combined in one. I was under the impression it was a whole new piece of software but its exactly the same.

Anyway its asking me for a peugeot technical assistance code. I cannot do actuator tests, code keys, cant even reset service mileage to zero. It says "To access this function of the diagnostic tool, please make contact with technical assistance and communicate the following information,

Custome rcode
PC Identifier
Key
Version of the key generator

Strange to me, this never happened with my old copy of peugeot planet

The doc contains a picture of the keygen program. This guy is winding us up. Great help.....:stupid:

Personally I would not bother with diagbox at present..

ive uninstalled and tried to put back on peugeot planet but installation keeps failing. any ideas
