googling that error gives plenty of hits and seems to suggest the error is associated with an inaccessible boot device
have a read here in particular number 8 STOP 0x0000007B - STOP 0x7B INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE - Fix STOP Error 0x0000007B (http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/stop0x0000007b.htm)

Have you messed around with BIOS. If you did you may have changed HDD SATA mode (AHCI or IDE). Try fixing that in BIOS.
Good luck !

It depends who is laptop manufacturer and what model is it.
But if you haven't changed anything in BIOS, I don't think that SATA mode is the problem.

ok, when you power on your laptop, you will have to access the bios by pressing certain button, as shown on screen (for example "PRESS F2 to enter setup" or something like that. When you access bios, you will have to find something like device configuration or similar, and from there hdd settings and change the hdd mode. I can't tell you all in details because I don't know how does your laptop bios look like.

Does it give anything errorwise like "Inaccessible boot device" ?
Did you install any new drivers or software prior to it failing/blue screening?

yes, reason can be new hardware , drivers, etc.
But I don't think that new drivers are problem since he used new hdd for new win installation, and again got the BSOD.
" STOP 0x0000007B - STOP 0x7B INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE - Fix STOP Error 0x0000007B (http://pcsupport.about.com/od/findbyerrormessage/a/stop0x0000007b.htm)" that is the error mate, so i think that the conf. in bios (hdd mode ) is the reason.
