Hello.

I knew this was never going to be easy.

I have loaded the cas studio 8.6b to computer.

It's saying connect the device in your usb port.

I have a usb to serial cable, which works as have flashed Kryptview box, then a NULL modem cable connected to this, then a gender changer to connect to interface.

But nothing. Do I need a different cable to Null modem one??

Help!!!

hi wooper
for the cas 3 you use a usb cable the same as you use for your printer
you dont use the 9 pin port on the programmer for the diablo cam

Benny, you ARE the man.

A thousand thanks.

Mrs heard me grumbling. Turns out we have an old printer in the garage. Cable works a treat.
I was sat here for last 2 hours moaning.

Next need to load 1.49.

so will no doubt be on in a bit moaning!!!!!

have you got the data bib out of the folder before for loading
when you click connect at the top of the loader and wait
then the cam will connect and both arrows should be green

Thanks again Benny.

could not have done it without you.

Funny thing is, its all done in minutes, but then you dont know what you dont know!!!!

Turned on TV just before going to work this morning and all film and footy is back on.

Was dreaming about bloomin cables and null modems!

Next time should have it done in 2 minutes, not 3 hours!!!!
