starview3 no signal

hi ive flashed me m8s starview3 with new 8.02e fimware flashed ok it seems so wen i go into menu 1570 turn emu on go onto sky sports1 w8 for update says no signal were am i goin wrong so i tried eurovox box just in case it was my signal my box works sound any ideas ppl cheers
