2005 Acura MDX -USA

I have a 2005 Acura MDX which I am trying to correct. Any solution to do this one without removing the needles. I have attached a few pics of the cluster. Any assistance appreciated.

This should help you out just open the .doc file and it has a image of the back way in the cluster do not remove the needle. please let me know what you get

Can you please e-mail me dump from the memory (93C56) my L56R died and I replace chip but do not have working dump.
