You can't put a dump in without fully recoding, if you just put a dump in the car won't start.

Can I flash new dump and then have the key paired back to cluster?

No mate, you cant.
Better try to find another dash from the scrapyard, then find the loggin code via obd and the adapt it to your car.

Hi I was have same problem like you before 2-3 years,
I try to found solution and nothing
but the car is start all time-its good

I buy another from scrapyard ,and put in car and it work wihout problems
