PPS interface damage

I have a PPS interface clone it was working fine but today I tried to connect with a car and my lap doesn't recognize the interface shows USB device unknown. Does anyone knows if it's possible to fix it?

May be ust drivers are corrupted , or usb hub is crash ?

I tried to reinstall drivers but the pc doesn't recognize the device.
