just my luck, the dash i got is a 8E0 920 950 D
and theres no dump with that in there, would it make any difference if there was a different rb4 dump in there, ie. running of dash, needles etc (i knw bout the def error, i can solve that)

You look in all my dumps? Sometimes you have to open the dump and read the PN in hex editor. People don't mark the files right.

i used a random dump in there and now the display in the middle does not show what track is playing in navigation and the speed is showing too much, ie. when car is doin 60mph it shows 80mph

so if any one got a dump file please i would appreciate it

Sounds like you are working on the US based dash using a EU KPH speedo value dump. The speedo will be off because the speedo value is different in US (MPH) and Euro (KPH) dumps, since the faces are different.

Or use a different dump as core. I can post 950H from US dash if that helps you.

The radio and navi display is related to Adaptation value 62.. Reset via VCDS as per:

iv got 950H, i need a 950D
any 3.0 petrol will do :D

and iv done ch62 adaptations but still same

950H was used for petrol 2002/03 A4 3.0 in the US... Where is 950D dash from? Unfortunately I don't have a 950D dump. I have 950H, L, P and 980K for US based dash. US based 8E A4 2002-2005 used same dash for 1.8T or 3.0 petrol.
