I will give here a small introduction about Perkins 1300 Engines to clean confusion between these engines and other Cat engines model.
As knowen Perkins is a Cat division spicialized in LOW POWER engines (all power are available in Perkins but they are not used in Cat Machine when the equivalent power exist in Cat models).
The CAT COMM ADPATER and The PERKINS COMM ADAPTER are the same. Perkins use Electrinic Service Tool to communicate, Cat use Electronic Technicien.

But the Perkins 1300 is an other world, for this one we use DIAG1300 to cimmunicate with and Prallel Comm Adapter as the tool
