Spiderbox 9000hd which HDD?

Sorry for being a Total Novice but you do not learn if you do not ask, I have just purchased a Spiderbox 9000hd what I wanted to know what is the best way to add a Hdd what size and is there a internal bay for the Hard Drive? or will it have to be External. I was looking at a 1Tb Hdd:stupid:
