How many steps from 9e to 10e?

Bit of an odd one I cannot figure.

My DM800 clone, with blackhole, can search and lock all the sats, but not 10e.

Gets 9e and 13e for that matter with strong signal, but no matter what transponder or whatever I input it just goes east and west and back again with no flicker of a signal.

I get 9e with good 90% signal, could this be the problem.

If I set it on 9e, how many steps east would get me to 10?

Or does anyone have any tips??

Not a major problem, just annoying I cant get the full set, so to speak.

9e should probably scan 10e as well.

I kind of thought as much, but wasnt too sure if it was a bit far, if that makes sense.

Am at work at the moment, but could you tell me a good strong signal from 10 I could see on my list for 9?
