Help install MB Star c3 clone

hi mates!! I have got problems installing star c3, it's clone buy in obdauto. I have wrotte them 5 mails and, don't answer me!!

kit have got hard disk by usb. I can start in virtual machine (VMware) but when acces and press das, say that isn't activte.
I have got tool for activate, generate serial number but I don't know where i have to write it.

I can't start das and xentry. Version is 11/2010 i think...

Any help?? thanks!!

Go to starexplorer and find tab "starkey". Input keys if needed.

You reffer in hd usb? or mount in vmware? Do you know folder?

yes! starutils i hadgot direct acces in desktop. I run and goes to starkeymanager, open application das, appears number and click save. the same with das, but when open Xentry diagnostics, don't give me seria number, only appears hardware id, ipp id.

Down appear load starkey cd/usb and load online, but doesn't work.
