BDM100 problem with CMD software

I have a problem with my BDM100. When I use it with dimpsort software it works ok. It reads and writes with no problem. Then I run the patch 2.exe and then 1.exe. I start to read with CMD sw and when it get to 99% stops with an error. Checksum error 1 and doesn't save anything. I have tried in different ECU's and same problem. I replaced my installation folder from CMD with another that it's working from a friend. Same thing ... at 99% checksum error. What could be the problem and the solution?

The problem is the update it is no good u need to open bdm and read the 93c46 send me and I wil make ok with latest 1255v software ;)

U will need to remove the 93c46 and read as it can't be read by any device in circuit
