Hi all,
anybody know how to disable EGR function in Ford Focus I 1.8 TDCi Delphi ECU?
I suppose that there are 5 maps (65192, 652B2, 653D2, 654F2, 65612) responsible for EGR flow control, but not sure if it is everything and how to disable it.

hi xbobcz
you don't need to desactivate the egr in ecu for this engine
just disconnect the vaccium from EGR electrovalve and you will get egr off and no check lampe on in dash +no limp mode
tested,work fine for me,ford focus 1.8TDCI 2003 years

I have EGR blanked. But after some time MIL light is ON and no other DTC than P0401 EGR flow insufficient.
I think that it depends on calibration version. Some versions newer lights MIL and others after the some time ( possibly after some count of testing cycles). Every version causes no limp.
