Pairing of C4 wireless multiplexer

hi i have a laptop and i bought a C4 wifi multiplexer, but now i need to pair it with sdassist.

The C4 multiplexer has a ethernet port, if you connect it with the laptop the sdconnect bar picks up a multiplexer but pairing is impossible.

Please assist
