Finally, I have Installed 2.7.0.31 Mod in VM successfully and the screen shows below:
ISIS1-STA. ON LINE OK
ISIS1-ETK. ON LINE OK
ISIS1-ISPA. ON LINE OK

Offline configuration OK to get the license
Installed ISIS launcher OK

I do not install Itools yet.

Problem:
Can not install ISTAD V2.21.1 successfully
What?s wrong? Any correction and guide will be appreciated.

hi, on isis install, how long does vm ista take to come online? etk and ispa are online ok, however i cannot get isis to recognise ista. is there a problem with the install? any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks

solved! used recreatevm.cmd to rebuild antares.

Can not install ISTAD V2.22.0 ,I have ispi 2.7.1 update ...It wont show up in
install soft. after add dvd package ???

make sure your business hours are correct and that you are not logged into isis server when trying to install via add dvd package

yeah,it installed by itself,since i was out of bussiness hours..
