i by xprog-m but he dont work led not power with usb

Try to use a deferent usb port of your pc or go to settings of xprog desktop and make sure that you choose usb connection.

No leds light up with just usb cable plugged in,

You can use system restore to restore your pc to an earlier time (when your xprog worked). Probably your drivers are messed up. Try and report!
