Hi!
I tried to tune an orig 90hp dump to 110 hp. I did it with ECM2001. I got an original 110HP EDC15V dump and copied the values to the 90HP dump. Somebody can check this file and give me some advices about it?Checksum and abuout the values.....

only 3 words for you: VISIT LOCAL TUNER.

will cost you more than the price of a remap if you copy maps from one file to another and you use ECM for that.

90 hp has waste gate turbo fitted......and 110 bhp has vnt turbo....so you need to alter ecu maps to 110...not hat easy if you dont no what you are doing...also you need to swap the turbo to vnt.....

copying values from 110 to 90 U won't get 110 PS on a dyno ...

Make mod with WinOls. Ecm type bad maps or not enough. Use google if you don't know how to remap. There's some tuning guides but you should make first step... Also time is the key ;)
I'm sure that here some members will help you if you ask.
Good luck !

Because WinOLS is a very good program but i can't identifi the potential maps........ If i know which map is where(address) it would make it easier for me

that's why when you go to the local chiptuner it costs you some hundred euro, because he knows what he is doing ... not guessing. There is a big difference between moding a few maps because a guy from a forum think it's a good ideea, and knowing why you are modifying that map and what is the expected result. Take care ... there are guys around here who flashed michael jackson into the ECU, and the ECU followed the status of Michael Jackson => DEAD

Big worlds........ Can you tell me how did you start it?
I don't want to play the tough guy but the only thing what i Need to know is that which map is where. I know everithing about TDI and PDTDI engines and some practice i think I will able to tune cars with EDC15 and EDC16. I don't say that I can tune cars NOW( at this moment). But by the time I would get more experience about the maps....

this is an easy car to do with a little experience, but if you dont know how just pay someone to make you a good mod, i have an ASV and my brother an ALH, good engines, dont mess them arround.
although they seem identical they are not, dont try to copy/paste the 2 sw...
give a google search and see the difference :pcguru:

I know that and I modified all of the maps carefully. I spent many nights to understand it. Now the car is running much better. This is my first "tuned" car. I hope it will run more than 10 years ;)
