VW touareg immo off

hi freind's, please i need help to immo off this ecu from touareg R5 2005, i have try with EDC16 software, the car start but i have always the prehot light flashing on dash, and the vag com say "eeprom defectous", i think cause of checksum correction on eeprom and flash, i send eeprom and flash dumps here, someone can help me please?

Look I have make IMMO OFF at your EEPROM dump. Its OK you just put this dump in your ECU.

I have just give you additional info about your dump. Forget this.
