Hi dude, whats the problem exactly ? if u lost all keys u have to make new key with ID4C if u are looking just for a virgin dump of Ecu its not a big problem u have just to put any dump for same ecu and make a shunt with Pin 4 and 13 in diagnostics Socket for 30min it will adapt the ecu with immo.

Good luck

thanks all for help , i will try and report.

in reality, i think my eprom is dead because i can not read or write it , i always have error verify with my programmer, so i have to find another one an put dump on it.

Hi m8
take ic off and then read it or lower the voltage of reading the chip to 2.75v

This car has immo in ecu and not external right ?

This car has immo in ecu and not external right ?

yes i think so because immo box is small and i don't see in it any active component , i think it's just for reading the key.

here you have pictures about ring.

i also have data from the key given by zedbull:

type : 4C

DATA : 7E 08 BF 57 60 00 00 00 00 C7 4E 7E 00 00

TIRIS Format : 7E 10 FD EA 06 00 00 00 00 E3 72 7E 00 00

i just need a 93C56 dump that contain this data because the original eprom is damaged.

can also tell me if this immo ring is passive that to say it does not contain data, and only to read key and transmit signal to ecu.

thanks

So sorry dude to be so late. take this its a dump from ecu Denso 93C56 just put it into the Ecu and make adaptation as i said (shunt pin 4 and pin 13 in socket diagnostic and turn ignition on for 30 min) abs and Airbag will flash.......

for the small case its the immobiliser, its the case that stock the Immo Key Data. so if the light security in the car dont flash when u turn ignition ON (goes OFF) so the key is Ok just make adaptation as i said and it will RUN OK.

good luck

i tested today the keys, on ignition immo lamp lights on and after off , so i think immobilser and keys are ok. so now, have i just to put dump on 93c56 eprom on ecu and make adaptation for 30 min ?

Yes just write the dump and make adaptation.

good luck.

there is something new.

during adaptation process DTC lamp is blinking, is it normal?

after waiting about 40 minutes , i tried to start , but engine crank, want to start but dont,

note also that when i remove connector from transponder ring, engine crank but without sign of life. the only DTC i have is about immobilizer B2799.

DTC B2799 its a system immobiliser malfunction. try to follow the instruction to check the lines between ecm and ecu.

i have this doc, the wiring is ok. the problem is that these part are not very available here (ECM, immobox...) to make tests

Hi try this dump write eeprom on 93c56ic and remove immobox it will work perfect,regards-Huzefa

I tried this on a 2003 RAV4 where all keys have been lost. The 2003 RAV4 has an integrated immo in the ECU. Loaded the dump into the 93C56 chip.

Instead of having the immo off, this dump put the ECU/Immo in learning mode and accepted the first key inserted in the ignition and fired up the car successfully.

I tried to use the key without the transponder chip to see if immo is off. No start.

Thanks anyway, it solved my problem of programming the key.

Thanks anyway, it solved my problem of programming the key.

The immo off file I used is the one in post #4 in this thread. I used it on a Denso ECM with integrated Immo box i.e. no separate immo box. I wrote the dump on the 93C56 chip in the ECM. Car started with the first key I inserted.

After a few days, the car has intermittent no starts. Immo warning light blinks on the dashboard. I disconnected the key ring reader, and guess what, the car started. I then tried a key without a transponder chip. Car starts too!

To summarize, this immo off dump in Post#4 works if you disconnect the key ring reader on the ignition barrel.

Maybe you know how to rewrite remote key. I followed "opening-closing door procedure" but it is not confirms mode selection.

I have the same ECU - Denso 89661 -42780 and have lost the key for the car. I've had another cut, but trying to program it is becoming a problem. IC851 93c56 chip appears to be the correct chip on this ecu to virginise looking through previous forum posts, but would just like to check before writing it. I cannot find any immo ecu under the dash either, so i assume it is all stored within this ecu.
