drembox software on a blade box

hi guys can anyone confirm if i load a bladebox 500 with software for a dreambox 500 would this work ???? the box looks and acts the same as a dreambox but dont want to brick the box

yes go for it, both boxes the same as such, ive just changed to blade and using same software as old dm500
