openbox without internet connection

Is it possible to manually input keys into openbox instead of being connecting via lan?I have no home internet connection.Thanks.

Yes, obtain the keys you need from wherever you normally get them and input them with the remote control.

In the case of BISS/Constant Word keys add them to the file

and in the case of Cryptoworks keys, add them to the file

'SoftCam.key'----

That means we do no need internet connection for view tv channel putining biss key into receiver am i right .We do not need update key ?or upload into openbox via lan ?
