MED 9.1 P0601

Hi,
VW Passat 2005 2.0 FSI, have error code P0601, can't erase it. I read M95160 from ecu, maybe can check this dump for errors?

ECU is BOSCH 0 261 S02 112
VAG 3C0 907 115 G MED9.1

1 - execute control system EOBD
2 - try to reprogram ECU
3 - Replace ECU
