BMW E39 non starting

BMW E39 2003 with MK4 navigation.
after disconnecting battery I get:
"Enter code" on navigation and on dashboard.
There is also timer 9:59 mins but not counting.
On diagnostic of EWS3 I get:
Waiting for input from BC (Board Computer)
after disconnection of navi in trunk of car I still get "CODE:" on dashboard.
How can I calculate this code? Where is it stored? Maybe in EWS dump? maybe dashboard eeprom?

you can read code with GT1 . i dont know eaxtly what steps you need to do it, but it can be done because i have had it done once.

Hi I have same problem with e39 2001 series 5.
Is it possible to get this code with INPA? (INPA EDIABAS, NCS EXPERT)
