hi all mumbers
i have this ford delphi ecu to change with other second hand
but i don't find immo location to bypass
where is it?

soic8 ST device next to corner of mpc, it is 95160..

i have an other question :
the out voltage from ecu to injectors is 6v and not 12v:banghead:
some one have repaired this ?:hmmmm2:

if it is diesel it should be about 80V to 110V
you can test it with oscilloscope

this is right in HDI engine (siemens injection)
in delphi injection the injectors must be powered with 12v and 25A
i tryend to remove 1st condensator but same think!

is it ford tdci?
what problem have engine?

yes,it's ford focus 1.8 tdci break
the probleme is after repared the injectors by delphi center
they bloqued open one after the ather and engine want start by he can't
so i checked impulse injector by oscilo and i find that not go more then 6volt,i cheked too voltage at connector injector at ignition and same think 6v
the ecu out to injector is 6v and not 12v!!!

as i know if one injector is faulty the ecu block the injection
try to find wich injector est gripp? comme on dit en fran?ais
and replace it

it's impossible that injectors continus to work normaly with 6v power,they will be blocked

i checked the two BUK9219 55A and they are good
is there other think to check?

I think with 95640 swap only not work .This car have often problem with crank sensor.

hello you need to flash in the processor content aswell, the 8pin soic alone is not enough

configuration A
configuration B
few bits and all others FF
so one have a dump for this processor?

what are the oem marking on the 2 X mosfets for the injectors?

Have once that the bad starter run down voltage when cranking.Check that !
