with ad90 i was read the 4c key with this number

Hello,
Your dump does not belongs to a 4C transponder.In short dump was not well read and is badly corrupted.If you are trying to read the 25020 eeprom in circuit, please short the quartz resonator before reading or remove the eeprom from PCB.
Once through, post your dump here and your key will be added to it or virgin dump will be provided to you

Not having immo off file, but surely as solution:

1) the virgin dump and then need your original dump to compare and sort out the appropriate one.

2) Add key data post here to your dump ready to start your car

What is the Make of the Engine ECU.

If Fujutsi ECU then key file is in the memory device either 25020/40/80.

If DENSO ECU then key file is in memory device 93C56.

Also check is car is not having immobox behind glove box
