audi a3 2004 cluster swap

looking for help and info on this audi a3 8p vin 2004 model

car came in the shop with 3 sets of clocks on the passenger chair and 2 engine ecu.
i have new engine ecu and the original
1 set of new clocks
1 set of clocks with chassis correct but pin not
1 set of clocks from another car
i pulled pin from original ecu
pulled pin from clocks that have the same vin but the pin is different!.
used vas went to immo loged in with pin from clocks all ok. went to adaptation channel 50 and i get error channel requirments no met.
i have checked all lock times all is ok.
i think this is immo iv does anyone know a way wround this to code to car. if i read eprom in clocks and manualy change pin will it work if so can anyone advise on what line the pin is written.
need help on this i have done golfs before but this is the first audi this model.

do you also change the CS/ Mac Bytes?

i think you have to program the ECU and the Dash with the same data

i don't know if this is possible by using vcds.

i always make it like this way, you have to programm the CS and the Mac id bytes in both, then car will start,PIN is optional, VIN and immobilizer number also.

what tool do use for this. it looks like you are corredt about the mac as i have option in vas to enter but i dont have the info.

i have vag commander but i cannot see the option you showed please could you tell me what version you have .also if you cold tell me how to get to that screen its the first time im using this tool its ben at the back of my box. i can comunicate with all ecu but not al functions seem to be available

i think i will need to invest money in avdi vag commander i only have clone v 1.4. expensive but looks like this is the way to go for these cars . have you done one of these audis before need to make sure if i invest the monay im sure to do the job.
