Car is remaped and it was ok for some time. Now the check engine turns on only when I acccelerate hard (4500+rpm), I've read dtc's with fiat ecu scan, the error is boost pressure sensor.
Does this mean that pressure i too high. What is limit of jtd's boost sensor?
Moded map is in attachment.

"Boost Pressure sensor A circuit malfunction
The reason for this fault is that ECU has received invalid signal from the sensor. The fault is not detected now, but it is stored in memory. Clear fault codes, and observe for future appearance of the same fault. Dashboard warning light was activated for this fault. "

sounds like boost pressure sensor is faulty

The error is in the file. The maps are extended over max sensor range so boost overswing triggers an error.

or fit a 3 bar pressure sensor

Maybe your turbo is ready for repair. If you getting this DTC that mean overcharging, ecu need presure but turbo send much more than ecu and engine wants.

Sticky vanes or sticky solenoid.

you will kill your turbo with this file

Atm. pressure overboost limitation will be dangerous, if single value limiter would be changed. But "tuner" didn?t find this adress. Original value is 2350mBar, upper limit for this sensor is 2500mBar. New value is set to 3350mBar!!!
Duration increased too much. It has to produce black smoke. Fueling limiters left alone. Drivers wish without change. Rail pressure without change. SOI not changed. Single value limiters without change. Smoke limiter without change. Tepmerature limiters without change, friction torque not changed, etc.... Very poor modification. YYou shoud give an original file back to ECU.
If you close EGR, you have to modify VGT pilot maps not to gain boost peaks in low load. VGT maps left alone here...

I fully agree with sarkann

I bought car with that map . Car was runing fine with that map for 90,000km and I think turbo is ok as car does 220kmh(speedo) no problem. Also no black smoke.

Maybe some limiter catches fuel amount not to smoke, but I think, it has to smoke much. I will make a file for you tomorrow.

Try this and report. No duration increased. Rail pressure 1600Bar, fuel amount up to 85mm3/i. It should produce no smoke. Send report.

Oh, no.. I almost flashed car with wrong file. I was ready to write file and than i read ecu again and realized that I attached here some other map. I'm so sory that you wasted time on wrong file.

Here is read from today

ecu info:

It doesn?t matter. You can use my file. Click writtening "whole map" instead of tables.

It doesn?t matter, It shoul run. You must write whole map. Than it runs.

install a turbo gauge and report
because same ecu only read turbo pressure untill
so much and even if you replace you boost pressure sensor your car will always get into SAFE MODE or
LIMP MODE if the boost pressure exceeds the one
that the ecu is prepared to read.

Donesko, did you try my file? I made it for you for free, it took me more than 1 hour!!!
Btw, where did you take your mod file from? I made it from the file you sent. So it can?t be any other sw version.
Or you are lying to us!
Explain me, what file did you send!

The last file that i uploaded is right sw/hw in my car
0281011553 1037369113, first file was wrong it was in my stilo directory somehow. I didnt try it because file that you made is for that other sw (889) so I dont thing car would start with wrong sw version.
Can I try and copy maps that you made in 113? wold that work.

First download your actual software. Than copy ma file to your car - whole map, it must run, i allready tried it, thats sure. You don?t risk anything, because you have your file saved and you can turn it back anytime. Yes, you can copy/paste maps to another version, but you have to do it in winols, because of map range, and because of single value limiters, which are not covered by ecm. I changed a lot of maps, which you are not able to see in ecm.

Fault is the boost pressure solonoid valve, seen this several times on fiat stilo
