how do i restart dreambox

can any body please explain i have dreambox800hd clone with black hole and enigma2 installed i have read that i can restart dream box every day automaticaly by writing scipt can and body explain what i must but in the script and where i put it it update epg every day now i just want to restart it every day

Cron job . Google how to set a cron job dm800 . Its somewhere in the images menu cronwell tab .
