first search this and delete this:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion]

Here in the forum someone post a good patch for noy4 use the search engine to find it , it work very nice :)

i have HEX-DUMP file for VCDS 10.6.0 - 11.2 beta DUMP WORKED!!!And i will change for NYO 2010..
