That is not correct. The original first six bytes and the pin code is correct as we got this out of the ecu with car prog. We are just trying to get the correct 7th bit

This is what Zed-Bull give me.
Probably the last 00 are blank in ECU.
In this case that's why tools don't see them.
In this case the last bit must be guessed I have Megacopy and Zed-Bull to do that.
Zed-Bull can do that easier.

This program is a toy if you think you're going to calculate the Passat
What more do you have only the old version 1.1 krak

In the engine ecu you not always find the 7th byte,
00 means that there is no 7th byte in the engine ecu.

7th byte can be extracted from working key or by manual try if no working key is available.

Both can be done with abritus.

from working key takes 5 min.
manual try can take up to a hour, believe max.249 tries.
( you need to put key in 1st position of ignition, take out and put into programmer and that max. 249 tries.)

did a few of them, works perfect with abritus.

You are wrong, in passat is no CS in Dash is in comfort module. Passat is not same as Golf or Polo...

not sure if this info is corect or not but i have heard that when transponder is pre-coded with correct cs you have to lock it first and then get it coded (VCDS shoudl be ok then).
it may sound wired i know but thats what i have been told.
can someone give a try and confrim. at the end if it wont work you will only loose 1 transponder....

Sorry...! Pin is of course correct. I had a problem with VCDS. Passat started after replacement Electronic Steering Column Lock. Please remove the VIN.

ok thanks my friend and i extract the same pin but when i tried to adapt new (second hand) ELV in this passat with ross-tech ori interface i can login with this pin 32727 but when i try to put new value report me wrong pin code
where i make wrong?
i use this procedure:

Enter the vehicle PIN in a 5 digit format.
