EZS W203 not recognize key

Hi,
I have problem with EZS W203 203 545 01 08 in Mercedes year 2000. Inside 2 x Motorola 2J74Y for milage,and other 4J74Y for key i think is right
When outside is cold, no response when key inserted into EZS. I must heating up EZS and all is OK.
if ezs see heating car work good,but in cold,example mornig not work,
is necessary make new dump for keys?
i have 2 keys with same problem.
i read with etl 2 mcu,eprom and flash.

must replace two mcus.
progrram to other mcu flash and eeprom

Change both m c u,if nt load another flash.

Connect a voltmeter to the RESET pin, and he assess the situation after power (Motorola must be cold).

this motorola have only ROM, not flash, you may read rom and eeprom and write to 2j74y

I do not have much experience in mercedes
so this being a little hard for me.
also have not had much help.
I would like to resolve, but in the latter case I have to send the car to the mercedes.

i dont understand one thing , why here , when there is problem with the key no turn , you go direct to MCUs in EZS ?????????

problem can be : EZS or EVL or Key
star diag says

do you have second key ?
does the remote work with orginal MCus files
1 if yes means that files can be ok
2 must have star diagnos to read drive hautorization
in EZS
3 if want to swap original files in other EZS must swap in in EZS with MCU1 4j74y , MCUs 2 for mileage 2j74y

before transfert must check new EZS with star if there is no fault

4 if neesd to programm other files
its little be hard for you , must generate keys , virgin EVL
virgin ECU and make adaptation with star
and make milage corection to see mlieage in dash
