you can have from this site but you have to be register. Site Russian but program English. Also if version portable only will work with virtual drive or you have to create ace.ini

Do you have installation disk for Alldata 10.40? As far I understand you have only European disk(data for cars). If yes, you need installation disk for Alldata 10.40 otherwise you can't use you disk without program.
