your dump is corrupt (common problem for this tipe of IMMO)
you can:
1. replace immo with new one ordered for this car(VIN)
2. program immo with good dump, put in ECU peer for this immo(or make new ECU) and program NEW keys generated with "secret code" for this immo
3. disable immo on ECU if exist solution
