Daihatsu immo off..

I have a Daihatsu Charade with an ecu,number 89560-87403 and a immo box,number 89702-87407,brown box.
Can some one please take a look at these dumps for my immo and ecu and the data from the key and tell me why it wont start,if possible please just kill the immo in the dumps.the data in the key is as follows,tiris format 7e 66 6B 65 01 00 00
