meredes cl 500 ilumination flashed problem

hi,i have mercedes cl 500 y.2001 bosh tacho 0263 605 031

and ilumination somethimes flashed cca 5 sec then is stooped flashed,somethimes is broken fuses

is problem only hi voltage transformer or something alse ?

You must replace a damaged transformer, see:

Sometimes you must replace also transistors:
