need some help audi a3

2010 s3 with module 8P0 959 655 P
BOSCH 0 285 010 680

changed all airbags in january read the 95640 i nside and posted

another member clear file for me , since i cant read airbag in car with vcds

put original dump back in and still the same no comms with airbag module. using vcds again.

an ideas any one? took eeprom from board to read and write.
any one can tell me pin 1 on the board? (eliminate chip wrong way somehow?) and any one know what version of vcds will do this module?>

any help greatly apreciated this car is taking over my life!!!!

Check which spot on board is ground. The 4th leg of EEPROM should be connected to ground...



and any one know what version of vcds will do this module?

This unit uses UDS protocol, so you need at least version 9xx of VCDS (best choice is the newest 10.xx).

Hi Dear .DID YOU TRY (AUTO-SCAN) WITH VCDS? .& TO BE SURE DO AUTO-SCAN AND SEE WHAT IS THE FAULT.& IF YOU HAVE ORIGINAL VCDS, THE LAST UPDATE IS (10.6.4).
