HI.
I have problem with alfa 147. The car will not start. Blinking light "code" 3 times and light up permanently. KTS does not connect with the ECU. Hybrid controller. I'm just a error B1023. The owner has only one key. Please help.

there is no problem with key. problem is ECU power supply or ECU itself.
