toyota corrolla 2005 1zz-fe key lost

please i have this toyota corrolla 2005 all keys lost ,ecu no. 89661-1E550 1ZZ-FE M/T there is eeprom R57 AT IC900,I tried to read with carprog but cannot read, does the eeprom has protection?can i get virgin dump to start this car?the car dont have immoblizer

RA57 is 93c56 you should be able to read it
