In windows explorer go to the toolbar & click TOOLS -> MAP NETWORK DRIVE

In the mapping dialog box, look to the bottom & you will see "sign up for online storage or connect to a network server"
Click that bottom link
for the address, use ftp://root@192.168.0.220/media/hdd/ (ftp://root@192.168.0.220/media/hdd/) (and of course change the box IP to match yours)

Hi fixed it you have to make sure that Samba Server is activated on Dreambox and set to start on boot.
