can you use red button feature on sky sports on open box s9

I tried on Saturday when SS HD4 was showing both SPL games and it didn't work.

I've just stepped up to this box from a DM500S, so not quite up to speed with it yet although I don't think it works as V are just going to get use of the red button soon.

If you scan for the channels (something like $1379 onwards) then these are the equivalent of the red button. In short red button on remote does not equal red button on sky box but the channels are there if you look.
