Hi searched the DK but couldnt find any relevant info about how to install hms on a pc..i have installed xentry 2010 09 and wis ..but cant install hms getting an error " Launch for startatonce failed " does anybody know how to fix this..Regards

Hi mate don't know if you have your answer but you must plug in the hms first and then carry the setup.

You need a HMS USB Activation CD to install!!!

Hello folks,
How and in what order does it have to be installed? first the activation and then install or how did you solve it?

Another question:
If you connect the HMS to any computer, is hardware recognized or does the computer react as if you had nothing connected? how does the HMS behave with you?
