2001 Range Rover

One of my used car lots brought me the dash and Body box (under passenger seat) from a 2001 Range Rover Sport. I guess the Body control module was replaced and had to be programmed at the Rover dealership. The vehicle went in with approx 70k miles and left working properly with 145k. I need to get this vehicle reading true mileage again. Any help. I already have the cluster and body computer apart. There are 3 SOIC-8 EEPROMs on the cluster board.

the soic 8 you need is the 28c16
