Cummins Insite issue...

Ive just started using Insite. I have basic & pro plus keys installed. Pro plus is active until I connect to vehicle the becomes inactive and basic comes active. This meens I can only read fault codes not clear them.

Just wondering if I am not doing something right or others have had the same issue.

That is really weird because they are both valid license keys until next year the pro plus key should work just fine what is you pcid ?

You need to install pro as well, try to add all the keys for everything! Even though the active one you need is ProPlus, it uses the others.. I had the same problem, this should correct it!

Pj1881 is right. I have all key installed pro plus active, and it drops back to pro

Do not use Pro Plus, the only two security levels you should have are Basic and Pro, no more.
