I asked to a company who especialized in this type of works,,,the next was the answer..

" Hi, not going to happen my friend it is not stored in the cluster so your wasting your time with the 24C08. Would not matter what file you put in. Would not make a difference.....

That truck has it stored in the cluster because you can power it up on the bench and the number will stay where it is and i think in the ECU. On top of that it has like two sort of BCMs. Unfortunately most customers use this truck as tow truck and most them couldn't leave me the truck for more than couple of hours to study. If you have access to it for a longer time then you should do this: program your miles in the dash, disconnect all ECUs and BCMs you can find. Then connect just one and turn the key on. Do this one by one and see which one makes the mileage jump higher.
