PEUGEOT 407 2.2i EW12 3FZ TIMING HELP!!!

Hi Really need some help guys.. I have been trying to set up timing on a 407 2004 with EW12 3FZ (2.2i petrol) engine..

After setting what i believe to be the correct timing, when i spin engine by hand the pistons and valves are touching (Ie: only 1/4 turn possible)

This really is driving me mad as been scratching my head for 3 days over this.. Scared il go bald soon LOL

is there some special procedure i am missing? as it also seems as if there is no marks on crank pulley

Thank you for posting this pdf. I am having the same problem with a 3FZ engine but it won't allow me to download it and I don't know why.....
