hexadecimal conversion, convert decimal to hexadecimal (http://www.statman.info/conversions/hexadecimal.html)
That far i know but i can not get the correct answer. i need someone to show me the steps.
If i put 4B 03 B4 FC in calc and convert to dec i get answer 12588534140 it is wrong.
if i do 1st 4 "4B 03" AND 2ND 4 "B4 FC" and then add them up i get 16123 and 1217 that is also wrong.
The answer i am looking for should be around 13500.
but i dont know how to get it. can someone help me please.

but not the second part, xor FFFF= FCB4
can you please explain ? is there a way for me to calculate this or do i have to rely on tachosoft ? these are the figures i get when i try to calculate mileage for a honda 2005 CBR600RR.

First half is mileage as said second half is always ffff-first half to get a different mileage use the calculation for the first half then use ffff-the first half for the second half
