Audi A6 2.5 - 150PS, my 1999 ECU read via OBD?

Hi mates,

My galetto is "not able" to do it for me, it just kill himself and the MPPS tells me after the identification to unplug fuse 11 but that for the automatic gearbox and the dashboard is 15 or so... however i removed the dash fuse and he still tells me to remove fuse 11.... Is it possible to read it via obd... guess it should be EDC15 or? If not which eeprom is in it, 29F400, F800 or something quite different?

AFB or AKN engine from 1999 has EDC15M with 2 x plcc 27c010 otp

The Number is 4B0907401P 2 , is it flashable yet, or does it have to PLCCs?
