Fiat Stilo ECU 95P08-where is it??

Hi all,
Here is the picture of this ECU Fiat Stilo 2002, I'm looking for chip 95P08, but I can't find it... UPA / I got Fiat KM tool, which adjusts KM with OBD2 interface, so does it adjusts kilometers in ECU too?
